I have great people. Might even say they were family. Gave me food, kept me well groomed, and just gave me all the attention I could possibly want. I never knew it all could change so quickly, or even that it was going to change sooner than I thought. The night was going great. I was fed plenty, and was wearing a big, brilliant bow. Everyone already had the lights out, and were fast asleep.
